You will be the Subcontract Administrator Staff for the Subcontract Administration team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-impact subcontract solutions that enable global sustainment of critical programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator Staff you will be responsible for shaping the full lifecycle of major subcontract procurements, from definition through award and administration.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for major specialized constructions, materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and create clear evaluation criteria.
• Analyze proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and recommend or select subcontractors.
• Administer awarded subcontracts, manage modifications, and coordinate with contracts administration and purchasing.
• Lead major projects, provide guidance without direction, and contribute innovative solutions and new concepts.

This position is in Dallas, Orlando, and Troy. Must be a U.S. citizen - this position is located at a facility that requires special access.

SAP S4 HANA/P2P Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills Leadership skills Demonstrated delegation of authority Requirement documentation experience Experience with supply chain and government procurement. Strong time management, organizational skills, effective verbal, and communication skills are essential.

Ability to work remotely:
Part-time remote telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work schedule:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
