Technical Project Manager, Trade

About the Role We re seeking a Technical Project Manager, Trade to join our team at zerohash, you will play a critical role in executing and delivering complex, cross-functional software projects aligned with our product roadmap. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders - owning a specific product and technology vertical end-to-end, from project initiation through to production roll-out. Responsibilities • Organise teams in JIRA: releases, milestones, sprint planning and ceremonies • Own the zerohash delivery calendar for your squads and drive ceremony rhythm • Create and maintain dashboard reporting across delivery, release and velocity • Facilitate delivery end-to-end: scoping sizing development testing validation sign-off prod roll-out • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and drive execution • Maintain delivery plans, surface risks early and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery • Implement PDLC best practices and drive process improvement across the function • Help teams with resourcing • Building automated AI reporting, scalable and applicable across the board for different stakeholders Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 6+ years of experience in technical project management • Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies • Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software development projects • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail • Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams • Strong understanding of embedded finance, digital assets/crypto, or regulated financial infrastructure / API platform operating a B2B2C model Benefits • Healthcare Insurance: zerohash covers roughly 100% of employee premiums as well as a portion of spouse/children (U.S. only) • Vision & Dental Insurance (U.S. only) • Chance to earn equity • Maternity & Paternity leave (after 6 months) • WeWork All Access Membership • WFH Yearly Stipend • L&D Yearly Stipend (after 6 months) About zerohash zerohash is the leading crypto and stablecoin infrastructure platform and the operating system for digital money, powering the next generation of financial services.
