Roles and Responsibilities • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Createanddesignjob descriptionforvariousprofiles. • Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, intelligence, and cultural fit. • Interviewcandidatesthrough phonecalls orvideo. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics. • Generate reports and provide insights to improve the recruitment process continually. • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating effectively, providing feedback, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Profile • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a tech-focused environment. • Strong knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, and software development. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
