Campaign:Financial (Credit Services) Role: Underwriting Specialist DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Specific duties include: • Receive new clients from Internal Sales and Affiliate Partners • Verify all client information is correct. • Review all accounts being placed on the program to ensure they meet program standards. • Review all fees to ensure client is being charged correctly. • Report any issues back to sales agent for corrections KNOWLEDGE AND ESSENTIAL SKILLS • Excellent data entry skills • Organization: coordination and planning of tasks and activities • Problem analysis and problem resolution at a functional level • Attention to detail • Computer proficiency • Strong team player • Ability to work on own • Commitment to company values • Basic knowledge of company products and programs • Knowledge of and access to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Tech Requirements • Processor: Intel i5, Ryzen 5, or higher • RAM: 16GB or more • Setup: Dual Monitor • OS: Windows 11 Pro/Home • Accessories: Noise-canceling headset and working camera Originally posted on Himalayas
