About This Role
We are looking for an Web & Digital Account Manager to lead website and digital marketing projects for key client accounts. This role focuses on managing web design, web development, and campaign-related digital work from planning through to launch and optimisation.
Requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and clarify goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for design and development teams.
• Provide regular updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and delivery excellence.
• Manage end-to-end website projects, including redesigns, new builds, and landing page development.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource coordination.
• Ensure work is delivered in accordance with the agreed scope and quality standards.
• Support content, UX, and SEO alignment during the build process.
• Coordinate testing, QA, and launch processes to ensure smooth deployment.
• Ensure websites and landing pages are built with performance in mind (SEO structure, mobile responsiveness, page speed).
• Support the implementation of analytics and basic conversion tracking.
• Review performance data post-launch and recommend improvements.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as CRO, SEO, or ongoing optimisation.
• Work closely with designers, developers, strategists, and content teams.
• Prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
• Flag potential risks early and help problem-solve solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation, including project timelines and scope updates.
