This role As a dedicated HR Partner, you will nurture and establish stakeholder relationships to drive the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies through the EH Way and AI-first methodology. You will optimise the overall HR health and performance of your client portfolio by providing instrumental guidance on HR and legal compliance, taking a risk-management approach to complex industrial relations (IR) and employee relations (ER) matters. You will serve as the "expert in the room," ensuring clients feel confident in our mission to make employment easier and more valuable.
Your key focus areas will be
• Expert Advisory Resolution: Resolve 100% of reactive compliance and legislative queries (terminations, investigations, disciplinary matters) on the fly with sound IR/ER judgment from day one.
• Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Maintain high client engagement scores and zero "avoidable churn" by building strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite and line manager stakeholders.
• AI Integration & Efficiency: Achieve a "Superhero" rating for internal efficiency by documenting and sharing at least three AI-driven "hacks" or workflows that accelerate the delivery of HR advice.
This will include
Strategic Advisory & Client Management
•
Strategic Planning: Develop and deliver strategic HR plans, review performance frameworks, and drive employee engagement for a portfolio of 4-15 clients.

Portfolio Growth: Build your assigned portfolio to full capacity within the first 6 months, managing client expectations in line with fair use guides.
•
Commercial Management: Actively manage the commercial relationship, navigating pushback and providing advice that clients may not want to hear while maintaining trust.
•
Pre-Sales Support: Represent the HR Partner team in pre-sales environments to showcase expertise to prospective clients.
Technical HR & Compliance
•
Expert IR Advice: Provide "on the fly" best-practice advice on IR, compliance, and legislative queries from day one.
•
Case Management: Manage complex reactive queries including terminations, investigations, and disciplinary matters with a high degree of technical substance.
•
HR Audits: Conduct compliance audits to ensure employment contracts and policies remain legally sound and consistent.

AI-First Practice: Wield advanced AI tools as your default arsenal to sharpen decisions, automate bottlenecks, and increase execution speed.

Asynchronous Communication: Default to asynchronous communication (Slack, Confluence, G-Drive) to respect others' time and remove execution roadblocks instantly.
•
AI Contribution: Participate in quarterly AI pillar groups to launch initiatives and share "AI hacks" that improve HR operations across the team.
Technology & Tooling
•
EH Platform Expert: Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Employment Hero platform for your clients, ensuring they are well-versed in all features.
•
Workflow Management: Utilise Asana for project tracking, Slack for team collaboration, and the EH AI Agent for coaching on complex advice.
Key Measurables - Key Performance Indicators
•
Portfolio Capacity: Achieve and maintain a full client workload (proportionate to working hours) within 6 months of commencement.
•
Client Satisfaction: Maintain an exceptional customer experience with 0 NPS detractors.
•
AI Proficiency: Achieve a passing grade of 24/30 on the AI Native scenario task and contribute to at least one AI-driven team initiative per quarter.
•
Platform Implementation: Ensure client software implementation is completed within 60 days of onboarding.
•
Mission Alignment: 100% of work must pass the litmus test of making employment ...
