Accident Frequency Rate < 0.25, Accident Severity rate <100 • Near miss and abnormality identification and do corrective actions within 7 days. • Ensure 100% adherence to safety training to new employees before assigning responsibilities • Ensure 100% investigation of incidents / near miss within 48 hours in the unit • Ensure that identified risks are reviewed on a monthly basis.
