We are in the scaling phase-and we want you to help us shape the future of healthcare. Tasks The Team & Mission You will join a high-trust engineering team of 4 Fullstack Engineers. We live by "You build it, you run it." No silos, no ego-just collective architectural decisions and high-quality peer reviews. We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who owns services end-to-end on Google Cloud Platform. Your Role & Impact • Fullstack Ownership: You build, deploy (GitHub Actions), and monitor your features. • Architecture: You are a technical sparring partner. Whether it's building a new Design System with Vue/TS or evolving our Go-based backend and Terraform infra, you drive the technical standard. • AI-Driven: We embrace AI to boost productivity and automate the boring stuff. Requirements What You Bring to the Table • Senior Experience: Several years in modern web architectures. • The "T-Shape": You are proficient in Vue.js/TS or Go/GCP. You don't need to be a master of everything on Day 1, but you must be ready to dive into the full stack. • Mindset: Clean code, maintainability, and a "we over I" attitude. • Location: You are based in Bosnia & Herzegovina and look for a long-term remote collaboration with a stable German HealthTech leader. • Language Skills: You are fluent in English (our internal team language). German is a big plus and will help you connect even closer with our headquarters in Freiburg, but it is not a hard requirement for the role.
