Business Analyst (Banking/Finance) - English Speaking

We are adding a Business Analyst to work closely with our clients in the banking industry. The successful candidate must have experience gathering requirements and analyzing client needs/strategy. Requirements • 3+ years' experience as a BA, working with external clients and internal teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Interactive Multimedia • Direct experience working within Financial Markets, with a solid understanding of industry-specific workflows and data • Previous experience navigating regulatory or compliance requirements within the financial sector • Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities within Scrum/Agile Methodology • Strong understanding of datasets, APIs, and creating mappings • Expert communicator with the ability to confidently present alternate suggestions to client • Ability to clearly translate & break down business requirements into technical requirements • Experience with Design and Design tools • Experience creating user journeys, user stories, site path diagraming, and creating use cases for testing • Working experience with confluence, JIRA, Power BI, Excel, MIRO & any other tooling that assists with data sets, mappings & creating of customer journeys • Solid critical thinking skills to be able to solve problems to closing • Previous experience with transformation deliveries Benefits • Generous Paid Time Off • 401k Matching • Retirement Plan • Visa Sponsorship • Four Day Work Week • Generous Parental Leave • Tuition Reimbursement • Relocation Assistance Originally posted on Himalayas
