What We re Looking For • Proven experience in revenue management with expertise across multiple disciplines, systems, and processes - ideally within the hotel industry or a similar commercial environment. • Strong understanding of revenue management principles, including pricing strategy, yield optimization, and selling techniques. • Excellent communication, influencing, and decision-making skills, with the ability to align strategies to IHG s broader goals. • A proactive, driven, and accountable approach, taking ownership to deliver results with confidence.
