QuickBooks Specialist

Role Title: QuickBooks Specialist Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote About the Role micro1 is looking for experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialists to join an AI training project. In this role, you'll use your day-to-day QuickBooks experience to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems. Responsibilities • Work with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop • Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations • Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports • Maintain Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors • Identify accounting errors and workflow issues Requirements • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop • Strong bookkeeping or accounting background • Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Preferred • Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner • Experience managing multiple clients or business entities • Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices Originally posted on Himalayas
