Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist | Full-Cycle Recruiting) - Remote Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours (flexibility for interviews and candidate coordination) About the Role We re hiring a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused recruiting role where you ll work directly with hiring managers and clients to identify, attract, and hire top talent across multiple industries and functions. What You ll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting • Manage the hiring process from intake call through offer acceptance • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and ideal candidate profiles • Create and optimize job descriptions for maximum visibility and candidate flow Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Building • Source candidates using: • LinkedIn Recruiter • Indeed • Glassdoor • Boolean search • Niche job boards • Build pipelines of active and passive candidates • Conduct outreach campaigns to engage high-quality talent • Maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs Candidate Screening & Interviewing • Conduct structured phone and video interviews • Evaluate: • Experience • Communication • Technical fit • Cultural alignment • Career goals • Administer assessments or screening exercises when needed • Maintain detailed ATS notes and evaluation feedback Candidate Experience & Communication • Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process • Coordinate interviews and scheduling across time zones • Prepare candidates for interviews and manage follow-ups • Deliver a professional, positive, and responsive candidate experience Client & Hiring Manager Coordination • Provide hiring managers with pipeline updates and market feedback • Facilitate interview debriefs and hiring discussions • Support decision-making with structured candidate evaluations • Act as a trusted recruiting partner to clients and internal stakeholders Offer Management & Onboarding Support • Draft and present offers to candidates • Support compensation discussions and offer negotiations • Coordinate onboarding and hiring documentation Recruiting Operations & Reporting • Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting dashboards • Track: • Time-to-fill • Source performance • Candidate pipeline health • Interview conversion rates • Present recruiting updates and hiring progress reports Requirements Experience • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience • Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously • Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search Technical Skills • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as: • Greenhouse • Lever • JazzHR • iCIMS • Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills • Excellent interview and candidate assessment abilities Communication & Organization • Strong written and verbal English communication • High attention to detail and strong follow-through • Ability to manage fast-moving hiring pipelines efficiently Nice to Have • Agency recruiting or staffing background • High-volume recruiting experience • Experience hiring for: • SaaS • Tech • Finance • Property Management • Professional Services • Knowledge of recruiting metrics and hiring analytics • Familiarity with employment law and hiring compliance What a Typical Day Looks Like • Source candidates across LinkedIn and job boards • Conduct recruiter phone screens and interviews • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams • Update ATS records and pipeline stages • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers • Review recruiting metrics and sourcing effectiveness • Prepare candidate summaries and hiring recommendations In short: you ll drive hiring success by building strong candidate pipelines, managing recruiting operations, and delivering a high-quality hiring experience.
