Requirements
• Lead end-to-end recruiting for clinical, operational, and administrative positions
• Build candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
• Develop targeted Lead Care Manager recruitment strategies
• Design interview frameworks rooted in values alignment and trauma-informed hiring practices
