Regional Compensation Manager - EMEA/Europe West

About This Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Regional Compensation Manager to join our Global Total Rewards Team, which is part of our Global People Team. You will enable the company s rapid growth and lead the next evolution of our total rewards programs in the EMEA s region while partnering on our global strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our compensation programs and policies in the region in the context of our global frameworks and philosophy. This includes providing guidance on compensation-related issues for business partners and the People Team, interpreting salary data, and performing analysis to ensure compliance and competitive positioning within the marketplace. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:
•
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and regional executives on compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness
•
Collaborate with Executive Leaders, Business Partners, Performance Management and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure effective use of compensation data and alignment with organizational goals.
•
Co-lead annual pay planning, market analysis, and special projects for the region and global initiatives.
•
Educate leaders and managers on compensation philosophy, policies, and compliance requirements to foster transparency and trust.
Compensation Program Management:
•
Support global compensation programs, including base pay, incentive, and equity programs.
•
Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses across multiple functions and countries to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
•
Manage end-to-end delivery of compensation-related projects, including annual pay cycles, market benchmarking, and compliance initiatives.
•
Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones to ensure successful execution.
•
Develop tools, templates, and guidelines to ensure smooth execution and compliance and pay planning across multiple countries.
•
Identify opportunities to enhance compensation programs through automation, technology, and innovative practices.
Sales Plan Design:
•
Partner with leadership to design and implement competitive sales compensation plans that align with business objectives.
•
Develop competitive and motivating sales incentive structures that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
•
Partner with Finance to build analytical models to simulate various compensation scenarios, ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
•
Ensure plans are compliant with local regulations and harmonized with global frameworks.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
•
Conduct market pricing analyses across different functions and countries to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the company s global compensation philosophy.
•
Interpret salary data and develop analytical models and templates for compensation projects.
•
Create and deliver detailed reports and dashboards to inform decision-making at all levels.
•
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership and People Team
Compliance & Governance:
•
Ensure adherence to local regulatory/statutory requirements and global compensation philosophy.
•
Drive compliance with EU gender pay gap directives and other regional regulations
Partner and/or lead regional and global compensation projects as needed.
Qualifications
•
Minimum of 6-8 years of increasing accountability and success in the areas of compensation design, analyses, education, and socialization of rewards programs in a high-growth, go-to-market, high-tech, global organization.
•
Passion and inspired by data storytelling with strong analytics expertise with high proficiency in MS Office environment (Excel, docs, power point), Google environment, and Workday.
•
Proven ability to create reports, design sales plans, project management, and present insights to executive leadership.
•
Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality. Nimble, quick learner and an independent, proactive working style and curious - able to work with limited direction.
