We are seeking a Sales Clinician for First Quality Products, LLC., working remotely. This position will provide clinical direction and training to the customers as it applies to utilization of incontinence products. This position will assist the Sales group in marketing/sales initiatives by maintaining and developing favorable relationships with existing as well as prospective customers management team.
Primary responsibilities include:

Serve as clinical business partner to customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with facility, regional, corporate and C-suite leadership.

Participate and present during customer business reviews, clinical and regional meetings, and executive-level discussions, providing clinical insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance.
•
Collaborate with National Accounts, Sales, and Clinical Leadership to support customer retention, business growth, and overall account strategy.
•
Manage assigned accounts and clinical initiatives using collaborative and solutions-focused approach focused on clinical outcomes, customer needs, operational efficiencies, and business objectives.
•
Develop and deliver business reviews, clinical presentations, and customer-specific content addressing clinical outcomes, customer needs, operational efficiencies, and business objectives for clinical and executive audiences.
•
Deliver educational programs, sizing initiatives, and other clinical education based on customers needs and account priorities.
•
Coordinate and deliver on-site visits, webinars, video presentations, and virtual or telephone clinical support based on customer needs.
•
Provide clinical support for product trials, new customer conversions, implementation, education, and ongoing account optimization.
•
Provide ongoing clinical guidance and support across all applicable areas of the business including LTC, Home Care, and Retail.
•
Manage PPD/utilization initiatives and other clinically related customer requests in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
•
Apply clinical expertise, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills to independently plan and accomplish goals while remaining flexible, hands-on, results-oriented, and collaborative.
•
Follow organizational policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of clinical support, professionalism, and customer service.
•
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, technology, products, and clinical best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
•
Perform other related clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
•
Must be an RN, LPN or LVN with updated and current licenses and certifications.
•
5 years clinical experience preferred.
•
Experience developing and delivering clinical, medical, business, and executive-level presentations.
•
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers at all organizational levels, including clinical leadership, corporate executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
•
Strong presentation, relationship management, customer engagement, verbal, and written communication skills.
•
Telehealth/clinical informatics experience preferred.
•
Previous medical sales, account management, or customer-facing healthcare experience preferred.
•
Experience with virtual meeting and presentation platforms.
•
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
