Position Title: Senior Front End Developer Work Set Up: Work From Home Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PH Time Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga Quick Rundown: We are looking for a highly skilled and delivery-focused Senior Frontend Engineer to design, build, and enhance modern frontend applications for both customer-facing and internal platforms. In this role, you will help shape frontend architecture, drive best practices, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions using Vue.js, TypeScript, and preferably Nuxt, while collaborating across the full development lifecycle. What You ll Do: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using Vue.js and TypeScript • Lead frontend architecture, reusable components, and design systems • Ensure high code quality through best practices, peer reviews, and testing • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver user-focused solutions • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and contribute to architectural decisions • Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across applications • Support Agile delivery including planning, estimation, and continuous improvement • Implement testing strategies and maintain reliable, high-quality codebases • Maintain documentation and continuously improve tools, frameworks, and processes What We re Looking For: • Strong experience with Vue.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture • Proven ability to build scalable, high-performance web applications • Experience with RESTful APIs and working in Agile environments • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews • Familiarity with Nuxt, testing frameworks, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is a plus • Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and frontend best practices Why You ll Love Joining the CO Fam!
