What You'll Do • Make First Contact: Reach out to prospective customers with curiosity and care, introducing them to Sun Coast Sciences science-backed products. • Set the Table for Sales: Schedule qualified appointments for our senior closers - every conversation you set in motion helps someone on their journey to better skin and health. • Collaborate & Refine: Work closely with sales leadership to maximize conversion rates and improve outreach strategy. Who We re In Search Of • A knack for persuasive communication and unwavering determination to reach key decision-makers • Ability to manage a fluid calendar and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency • Ambitious self-starters, passionate about personal development and driven by the prospect of career advancement • Fluent in English with superb verbal and written communication skills, building rapport naturally and authentically • Technical aptitude, with a reliable internet connection exceeding an Octane Speed of 20,000 to ensure smooth operations • Availability of backup power solutions to mitigate potential disruptions • A private workspace equipped with a high-performing computer, quality microphone, webcam, and noise cancelling headset to facilitate clear communication Compensation: • Base pay plus commission with uncapped earnings potential. Schedule: • 9am-5:30pm CT, Tuesday and Wednesday off • 9am-5:30pm CT, Sunday & Monday Off • 9am-5:30pm CT, Friday & Saturday Off Room to Grow • High-performing Appointment Setters may be considered for: • Senior Setter roles • Team Lead Roles • Closer training tracks • Increased commission opportunities
